MargaretG #FoodRevolutionDay. Fresh local asparagus procured at my kid’s school farmers market (which was organized by the amazing @Nycdish !) the kid is in charge of arranging and roasting these – and she took the picture. (She explained that the asparagus are all “pointing toward the oven.”)
